The service was excellent. Kevin had excellent product knowledge and guided us into making the right decision for us, he wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. We came out with a better bed than we expected after we were shown a product that I didn't know existed! The tv beds that you have are outstanding. After coming in to browse mattresses, I already had an ottoman bed in mind, we left with a 0% interest deal on an ottoman tv bed with an amazing gel matress. There is a lot more flexibility in your stores than in some competitors as there is the capacity to mix and match matresses with beds. Extremely satisfied and I will be sharing the experiance with friends and family.

Staff were very friendly , very helpfull and did not rush me in making a decision. They took their time helped me select good delivery date , didn't fob me off or give any intense sales speech or force me into a hard sell. They were genuinely interested in what I was looking for , I was very happy and impressed by the service from Amanda and her manger, nothing was too much trouble for them, very nice people , I will defiantly recommend them and be returning in the future.

We don't like being pounced on by store assistants, we prefer to look and make our own minds up asking for help when and if we need it. We were a little overwhelmed when we saw all that was on offer, however, a very polite assistant called Kevin came and asked if we needed help. He pointed out the colour coded system high up on the walls ( something I probably would not have taken much notice of had he not shown us ) these turned out to be most helpful and we really couldn't have made a decision so quickly had we had to try every bed. Then Kevin astounded us by explaining that if we make a choice and then find we can't get on with our new mattress then we have five weeks in which to change it wow how good is that!! Excellent service and price and well done Kevin.

Made to feel very welcome in store , lovely staff even had a cup of tea while placing our order.

I didn't really know what type of new double bed I wanted. The Dreams store had a sale on plus the promise to price match so I went in the local store. At first I was bewildered by the size of the showroom and beds on display however the assistant Kevin was so very helpful in explaining the different products, encouraging me to try the matresses and giving me pricing information. Kevin did not pressurise me at any time but made me feel very welcome and valued. All in all it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

From entering to leaving your store i was a highly satisfied customer, your staff was extremely helpfull, excellent service.

The sales assistant had the right balance of providing us assistance but also not pressuring us and giving us time to choose the right product. He gave us lots of information on all the products and found out what we were looking for and what our needs were to ensure we found the right product for us.

The salesman was really good at explaining everything and we weren't made to feel like we were wasting too much of his time
