My husband and I were asked upon entering the store if we required any assistance which we did. The member of staff was very friendly and helpful and his overall approach was excellent

Sharon made us a lovely cup of tea. A mug would have been nicer. Nick was very good at listening to our requirements and explaining the products with no hard selling.

Dreams was recommended by family and we really did get the service they got.There were so many beds to try.Help was at hand from Kevin who let us make our own minds up but was there to explain difference in mattresses. i cant be doing with staff who try to persuade you what to buy Kevin was great he just went with the flow Thanx .Bonus was that when we got there mattresses were half price Win Win. Mattress coming on tuesday.

The assistant, Sharon, was exceedingly patient and gave us plenty of choice. She did not make us feel awkward about the length of time we were taking, but encouraged to try a wide range of beds until we were happy with our choice. She also had a good product knowledge and advised us about the extras we could add to our purchase.

Lovely friendly sales man Kev at Doncaster was very helpful and explained everything.

The service was excellent. Kevin had excellent product knowledge and guided us into making the right decision for us, he wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. We came out with a better bed than we expected after we were shown a product that I didn't know existed! The tv beds that you have are outstanding. After coming in to browse mattresses, I already had an ottoman bed in mind, we left with a 0% interest deal on an ottoman tv bed with an amazing gel matress. There is a lot more flexibility in your stores than in some competitors as there is the capacity to mix and match matresses with beds. Extremely satisfied and I will be sharing the experiance with friends and family.
