Friendly non pushy staff Even offered a cup of tea which was a fantastic touch

we were allowed to look around at our own pace without anyone keep asking us if we need any help, and when we needed assistance they staff were more than happy to help and explain

I was shopping for a bed for my little girl and the member of staff who helped me was fantastic. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very friendly and attentive. First class service.

The manager in the store was very friendly and most helpful. He made myself and my 72 year old mum welcome made us a cup of tea and had a laugh & joke with us which made the whole experience enjoyable. He also said if we were passing in the future to pop in and have a cup tea with him. Which made my mum's day. A very lovely team in Doncaster.

Sales staff weren't pushed and left me and my partner alone to have time to discuss our dicision in store.

I was in need of a new mattress and with the Bank Holiday sales (Aug. 2016) I searched the net for a mattress that would also suit me and my cash flow. I can across a 'firm' mattress that had been reduced significantly and with my bad back & neck I took a chance without personally seeing. Ordering was easy & hassle free as I ended up placing my order over the phone, instead of online which allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted plus arranging the 'recycling' service (which is a great idea). The mattress was delivered as promised and I didn't have to lift a finger to place it in the bedroom. Very happy,

We went to our local store in Doncaster, we were left to look around the store and Amanda the sales rep asked if we needed any help, she was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed with regards to the right mattress for us, along with the Sales Manager we had a fantastic experience in the store and bought a Tempur mattress. I would recommend anyone who wants a great buying experience to head to the store. It made out first buying experience with Dreams a pleasure.
