Had viewed the website and got the chance to talk online to the advisors-both very helpful and the telephone operator was just so friendly and down to earth-a real breath of fresh air. Advised that I couldn't process my sale as my fiancé was paying it but the issue was quickly resolved and the next day he paid the money by bank transfer and the advisor rang back and spoke to John letting him know that they'd received the money and explained that this was company policy-as did her colleague the night before. Both ladies were a pleasure to deal with and I then received an email of confirmation re payment and delivery date. Given our location we fully expected there to be a 3-4 week period from order to delivery and we are both absolutely delighted to learn that the firm offers a mattress recycling service which we are using. We have never used Dreams before although we have visited the Inverness store and were extremely impressed by the high standard of customer care there too. Well done one and all!

We entered your store and was approached by a very friendly staff person was asked if we need help or any information on anything just feel free to ask , we wasn't harassed as a lot stores do and also asked if we would like a drink, as it did take us a long time to choose. We would definitely recommend this store

We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner when we entered the shop, then approached by a smiling sales lady, asking if we needed any help.She offered the mattress we were looking for and offered to show us alternatives. She was very informative and gave us time to discuss our purchase.

Everything about the visit was first class. We received prompt attention and the assistant was first class and friendly.
