It all came down to staff looking after us at your Doncaster branch, very friendly and professional. She was very concerned about our needs and was even more concerned when a wasp attacked us haha! (Jokes) Very good service, would recommend to friends and family.

Andrew asked us if we needed assistance as soon as we walked in the store. We said we were just looking and would give him a shout if we needed him... Which we did! His product knowledge was good and he was able to point us in the right direction for what we were looking for. The prices were good and the quality of the products seem good. We are looking forward to our delivery in a couple of weeks time.

Walked in, 5 mins to look around, offered coffee, tea and biscuits, pointed out mattress we had seen online, provided confer pillows, decided on mattress and processed order and selected delivery date of choice. Great offer and price for the two mattresses

We originally went in on the Saturday before to look at beds. We met Andrew who was very friendly and approachable. He asked what we were looking for and gave us plenty of information on the beds we were looking at. He also offered a very good deal on another bed we were looking at but unfortunately it was too big for our room. We came in on the Monday and he helped us out with another bed we had seen on your website. He showed us the colours it came in and broke down what each additional item would cost. We felt very comfortable purchasing our bed because of his assistance. During payment and processing the order he offered us a drink whilst we went through the paper work and he never pressured us into buying anything. He left it completely to us which we really appreciated.

Sharon was great and really took time to explain to us all the different products and pros and cons. She allowed us space and time but was supportive.
