Very good service, Sterling was knowledgeable, helpful, polite. He took the time to allow us to select the correct product.

I found my day at dreams very pleasant no hassel.but every thing was explained to us very clearly and then left to make our decision we had a very nice assistant Amanda who was there when we wanted advice and made a good coffee

Stirling the sales assistant was fantastic and listened to what I wanted wasn't pushy and showed me all the options. I would also like to say as someone who is in the process of adopting two small children I am very impressed with the work you are doing with fostering and how passionately all the staff talked about it

The store had friendly staff that didn't pressure us into a sale. The were knowledgeable and did their best to help us.

My self and my partner were undecided about which mattress to buy to suit our needs- we were torn between two we had tested out in the store. One of your colleagues came over and asked if he could offer us any help, which we accepted. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave us some advice on which one would be best for us. He was also friendly towards us and our two children who were accompanying us,even when they were testing out all the beds for them selves whilst we were chatting!

Amanda was very helpful and patient. She answered all questions and offered very good advice. Please pass on my thanks

Sharon at Doncaster store was lovely, went into detail about products we were interested in so we could make right choice and again went into detail about what happens once ordered

The experience was extremely personal and helped massively in making the best decision regarding beds and mattresses for my new home
