The sales person listened to our needs and offered solutions without being forceful. I was impressed with her product knowledge and will certainly return when we have tested and are happy with the mattress.

We were offered coffee or tea as we entered the shop and the service was excellent. We were make very wellcome and every think was made easy would definitely go back

After being shown where the item which we were interested in-we were left to discuss pros and cons but told assistance was on hand should we need any. When we made our mind up we made our way to Stirling and told him of our selection, he offered us a coffee and made us feel at ease chatting about things in general. The whole process was completed within 10 minutes. We could not decide on a definite date for delivery because a painter and decorator was coming later in the day and delivery would be subject to when he was able to complete his work. We were assured that if we gave an approximate date we could change it if necessary. We did that and left the store. When the decorator came he gave us our date and we did have to change our delivery date. I telephoned Stirling and told him this and he was more than happy to change the date for us.

Member of staff that helped was friendly and not to pushy as we found in other stores. He helped find the right mates for our needs was very polite and nice to talk too. His name was Stirling very happy with our purchase and would recommend dreams on York Road to all.

Sharon was not pushy but listened to my requirements and helped me selected the type of bed that was most suitable, explained the differences in mattress and encouraged me to try out a variety. She was also very helpful in regards to picking up an absolute bargain of a headboard.

The store was easy to access in Doncaster with good parking. The store was light and there were plenty of mattresses to test until we got the right one. The staff were very helpful and explained the products benefits and it was easy to complete the transaction.
