The sales team were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help. Offered advice and explained things clearly.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams because the staff were lovely and helpful for example I wanted a certain bed and the sales lady showed me how it worked and what I could pay a month on it and when it could be delivered so overall I would recommend this store

Excellent service very friendly and helpful

The problem was nothing to do with the store or the staff themselves it was due to the 60 minutes it took for the finace to be authorised, therefore down to the system you use and the demand on this that cannot cope. However, during this wait we were well looked after by all staff at the Doncaster branch with drinks provided during this time. I have absolutely no issue with the staff at Doncaster just the time the system took to authorise our finace request.
