Your staff member Sharon could not have been more helpful. We were greeted as we came into the store, asked what we wanted and shown various headboards. We were even given a cup of coffee each and then left alone to make up our minds. Sharon was excellent in all respects and even found us a bargain headboard which has done the job perfectly.

Hello, I made two visits to the store - first on Monday evening as a bit of research in looking for an adjustable bed for my father. I met with Julie in the Doncaster store - she was extremely patient and helpful in understanding my needs and answering my questions. She was kind enough to give me a quote. I returned with my mother today (Tuesday) and met with Julies colleague, the store manager, I apologise that I did not catch his name. Again, a really nice guy and sympathetic toward my mother also which was very kind. After showing my mum the bed and fully testing the functions we decided on the purchase. The gentlemen was extremely professional in highlighting the best accessory needs and making the arrangements for the earliest possible delivery and set-up for my parents. With my father recently diagnosed with a terminal illness, this was a very difficult purchase to make and I must say that the guys in the Doncaster store were not only great business representatives for Dreams but they were also truly nice, kind people and they made the experience that much easier, especially for my mum. I explained to the salesperson my needs and what amount I could pay. He was genuine and showed me the mattresses in my price bracket, I am retired and on a fixed income which he understood and did not pressure me into paying a higher price. I also checked with other retailers and returned to Dreams because of the attitude of Stirling, your salesperson. Prices offered elsewhere were comparable but I felt more confident at Dreams. I am looking forward to my new mattress which arrives next Monday.

I have visited the store before and purchased bedroom furniture. The quality of the items is really good when compared to what is available elsewhere. We bought in the 3 for 2 sale then and this time took advantage of the 1/3 off sale which makes the cost much more attractive. Your salesman named Stirling served me on both occasions and made the shopping experience a pleasure. Thanks.

The salesman was very informative and helpful with assisting us to choose the correct mattress. My husband suffers with back problems and we were shown several different mattresses and encouraged to lay on them to see how comfortable and supportive each one would be. We were offered tea or coffee which I thought was a very thoughtful gesture. At the same time we were not pressured into buying at any time. The service we were given was excellent.

I had a lot of questions to ask as it has been so long that I have bought new beds, the two assistant were extremely helpful, polite and friendly and put me at ease giving me information I needed to know about all the different beds. It has cost a lot of money but I am happy that I am getting them all for Christmas and happy that I chose them from this store and I will definitely be using this store again in the future x
