The lady was lovely and the product is of very good quality.

Walked in, was instantly greeted and had a cup of tea made. Went through the different beds and options. Got given the mattress swap option and had a full explanation of the different types of bed / mattress and the methods behind them. Overall a great experience and really easy to set the finance up and make the purchase. Sharon was a star!

We called into the Dreams Doncaster store to experience the Tempur Pod, and we were offered a lot of helpful assistance by the Assistant Amanda who dealt with us. She couldn't have been more helpful, and we were also offered a good price for the bed we chose

Dealt with by the manager -asked if we needed help/advice. Wasn't 'pushy' or patronising just friendly, helpful & informative. Questioned us as to our needs, encouraged us to try various mattresses out & clearly explained differences. Didn't rush us and we felt we'd finally made an informed choice. I wasn't looking forward to buying a new mattress - too much choice & quite bewildering - but an important job. "You're either in your shoes or you bed" my Mum used to say " so they both need to be comfortable".

Very friendly staff in the York road Doncaster store. Dave and amAnda were 1st class and made us feel Very welcoming and understood our needs and gave us great advice. They had extensive product knowledge and steered us to our dream bed. The whole experience of our spend will have me reccomend Dreams to all my family and friends as it was a first experience.

The staff made my family and I feel very welcome. They were really knowledgable and Stirling (Dreams employee) made us feel very comfortable with his knowledge of beds and matteresses.

The sales guy was very knowledgeable and after stating what I was looking for pulled a package together for us. Excellent customer service and would shop with this store again

We were very satisfied with the service we received at dreams as we wanted to try memory foam mattresses out due to having a bad sprung mattress for a long time and Sharon at the Doncaster store was very helpful in letting us try and explaining the differences between the memory foam mattresses you had available. She helped us find the one we were most comfortable on and was never pushy with us to try and make a sale, she was just very informative, polite and helpful. She gave us pleanty of time to just have a lay on each mattress and make sure we were happy with the one we chose.
