Amanda the sales assistant at Doncaster was very helpful, and allowed us time to choose without being pushy as is often the case. She had a good knowledge of products and gave us excellent advise. We were shown all the different mattresses and are very happy with our choice.

Julie was very helpful was always there to ask questions of but without being pushy or hanging on to our shoulders and therefore being intrusive, which is the way we like to be dealt with. Dave the manager was always on hand if needed and again without being intrusive and also made the buying process a little humorous therefore making the process less stressful.

The sales person was not pushy. He explained everything clearly. And was very helpful with my needs has I have a disability

Had a great time buying a matteress at dreams Doncaster. Julie and Dave (the manager) were excellent, offering teas and coffee and juice for our little boy who was also quiet entertained with the sweet grabber machine Dave had set.

First class help and support from assistant Julie she is very knowledgeable about the product also frendly and pleasant journey.

Stirling was extremely helpful. Found me the best mattress and found me a better tv bed frame than I was originally looking at. Also the finance solution was an extremely easy process. Would always recommend dreams.

We were asked straight away what we were looking for and were lead to look and try many beds in various price ranges. At the same time the staff were no pushy, which can often lead me to walk out of the shop. Very good experiance
