The gentleman welcomed us into the store, and gave us time to browse. He then came over and asked if we needed any help, this was the time we asked questions and he was very knowledge about the Temper mattress. We went back to the first one we tried. I ended up purchasing this mattress.

The assistant who helped us was very helpful when it came to the bed we wanted and told us of different styles we could have. The transition from walking through the door to leaving was quick simple and easy

Extremely friendly staff, not pushy at all and knowledgeable about your products.

The staff had a high level of product knowledge and at no point did I feel that the staff made any pre judgements about what we wanted. We had our 2 year old daughter with us and the staff spoke to her as well as us and ensured she didn't feel left out.
