Dreams - Doncaster

This is our second visit to a Dreams store and we found this store to be more relaxing. There was no pressure put on you so that you felt obliged to make a purchase. The salesman explained everything that we wanted to know about the products then gave us the opportunity to discuss our decision privately.

Staff were very friendly with ourselves and watched and occupied our two year old brilliantly whilst we looked around. Helpful advice given for the type of bed we were looking for, showing us where these were in the store. Offered drinks. Never did we feel pressured or pestered, staff were able to answer all our questions when we wanted them too but also give us time and space to browse. Overall very impressed. Lady called Julie looked after us, very friendly and brilliant with our son!

Stirling the salesman asked if we needed help, gave the information we needed then left us look around. When we needed more help he was there in an instant. He is very knowledgeable about the different products, his assistance in helping us make the right decision was invaluable, without being pushy. Looking forward to receiving our new bed.

I went shopping in Doncaster store where Stirling served me today, he was very helpful and made my Decision so much easier to make. A lovely man who enjoys his job and helping customers, I will be shopping with you again.

The sales assistant, Amanda demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the products and clearly understood our needs. She was extremely helpful and did not rush us at any stage. Having brought products previously from dreams we went back because the service on our first visit was extremely high quality, as were the products. Our visit today delivered exactly the same. Keep up the good work!

We were served by Stirling Hopkins who was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about the products on display. He took the time to ensure that we were comfortable with the mattresses on show and brought pillows to test the comfort of the product. He arranged for assistants Gary and Niamh to bring us a coffee whilst we were deciding on the sale, and ensured that we were comfortable whilst taking down details to conclude the sale. Never having used your store before we were highly impressed with the surroundings and the friendliness of all the staff. We were delighted with the service we received during our visit to the store. The staff were extremely helpful and spent time explaining the product in which we were interested. We were offered a hot drink along with advice on the mattress and pillows. Overall a most enjoyable experience. Special mention of Stirling Hopkins who was most informative and helpful throughout. Also Gary and Niamh who make a great cup of coffee. Thank you all.

Staff were brilliant with my 2 year old even offering her a biscuit! lovely staff and very helpful in locating the product that i wanted.
