Sharon who served us was very knowledgeable and very helpful, I wish a lot of other shop assistants would follow her example, it was a pleasure to do business with her.

Easy to organize my order, helpful staff

The Staff were very friendly and helpful and make the experience of purchasing a bed easier as there knowledge of the products were fantastic, we was able to say what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay and they gave us fantastic customer service and ideas to help with our choice, they went over and above which you don't get in other stores it was like having your own personal shopper but no pushing to decide and purchase until we was happy with the decision we had made. Delivery options were very good downside was paying for a Saturday delivery but free Monday to Friday felt this was a little unfair for full time workers.

Our experience at your store was truly Dream-like! We were both a little tired anyway, so we especially enjoyed trying out the various beds on display, and nearly nodded off in the process. And the salesman did a Stirling job, neither pushy nor shy and quick-witted, which made for an altogether fun experience despite spending all that money!

We had a wonderful sales woman Sharon who was very helpful and extremely knowledgable. She made it a stress free experience, in fact I really enjoyed it. Myself and my husband commented what a refreshing sight it was to have a full team of female advisors. There was such a friendly atmosphere.

Sharon was very helpful and patient and helped us choose a bed that we thought would be right for us and even provided pillows so that we could compare with what we had at home.
