Dreams - Doncaster

Nothing was too much trouble for the Dreams Colleague's (Sharon and Dave) they left us to browse and then Sharon when we were ready to discuss what we wanted was so helpful. Because we haven't bought a bed for a very long time it was a bit daunting, but nothing was too much trouble for them and we had sorted a bed frame and mattress out in no time.

Amanda was first class looked after us great, no pushing no pressure just the way we like to shop. Amanda helped us in every way we asked her to could not have got better help

All the staff were great, in particular both Stirling and Dave were very helpful. They made us feel welcome and made us a drink and gave us biscuits too which was a nice touch!

Assistant very knowledgeable of products and informative. Given time with no pressure to choose the bed that would suit our needs the most.

The choice of mattresses was excellent and with the help of Stirling we were able to find a mattress that suited our needs. Everything was explained to us in detail including the offers and we were not pressured into buying anything we didn't need. We were even offered a drink while we completed the paperwork. Stirling explained that if we were not satisfied with the mattress after we had used it, we could return it free of charge and choose another.

I went in and was assisted with a few minutes. The assistant Sharon showed us what we went to look at and also a marked down mattress. She then removed the mattress from its wrapper and moved another mattress in order to put the one I was interested in on the base and got a pillow for my son to try out the mattress. We were offered a drink of tea or coffee. After 10 minutes of trying out the mattress we decided it was the one we wanted and the assistant did the paper work and arranged the delivery for 3 days later

you had what we were looking for and sterling the sales man was very good explaining about the mattress , which helped us pick the right one also the pillows.

Fast and efficiant service received with a very help assistant who had me on my way with my purchase in a very short while indeed, no fuss or bother at all

Stirling greeted me as soon as I entered the store,he was very helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

The lady I spoke to after calling as the website was awful & kept reloading, was extremely helpful, courteous and polite.
