The Staff were very helpful and gave us several options for our request on the mattress we required. They also were very helpful when we had made a mistake on the mattress size and rectified this error without any problem.

Me and my husband entered you Doncaster store and were met with smiles and welcomes by all members of staff. We had our 2 young child with us who were full of beans. The staff there got a colouring book crayons and biscuits out to keep them entertained so we could talk properly with the sales person who we could make the correct purchase. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They do not have a pushy sales attitude as we had just experienced in a similar store. They make themselves known then leave you to browse. They offered help and support when we asked for it and allowed us to take our time when we were deciding which bed to buy, even encouraging us to keep trying them all repeatedly to ensure we had the right one.
