Very attentive staff and pleasant , although not happy to find the product we bought had gone down in price by £50 within 24 hours of our purchase !!!!

staff where friendly and helpful offered refreshments i.e coffee tea order was done in a matter of maybe half hour which i appreciated as i hate shopping sorry but i would return to the shop if i ever need too thank you for the help the satisfaction will come after delivery on the 27th of march with a good night"s sleep

Excellent customer service all the colleagues were friendly even down to giving my little girl a biscuit and letting her push a button on the keyboard

We explained to the employee that my dad had recently had a heart attack and we explained what type of bed we wanted. She took time to explain to us the difference in beds and bases and mattresses and made us feel very welcome yet wasn't too pushy. Our visit too dreams we're very plesent and hassle free.

Good quality materials/information on the tv bed

We was assisted by Stirling his knowledge and understanding of our needs was excellent, we was offered a drink and shown the different matress materials to aid our choice.

Very good helpful staff, well laid out shop. Plenty of choice.

Staff helpful and knowledgeable of products. Very sympathetic to needs. Store was clean and tidy. Only disappointment was delivery date of 1 week. Overall good shopping experiance.
