Very friendly staff, seemed to understand the customer's needs and knew the products he was there to sell. Offered cup of tea whilst paper work was completed

Ordered new bed when in fact I had only come to shop for a mattress! Delivery date jumped several weeks after I had paid for my order but staff resolved the matter efficiently and to my entire satisfaction. Nice to see good old fashioned customer service!

There was a good choice to choose from and the staff Especially Sharon was really helpful. The overall cleanliness and the friendly atmosphere of the shop was excellent.

Staff member was attentive without being pushy, gave us plenty of time alone to discuss the bed. Never pushed for a sale or pushed for a more expensive product. Cross selling of pillows expertly done! 😉

Mr stifling was extremely helpful, he didn't push himself on us on entering which I don't like when you go into a store.He was very knowledgeable about the bed we wanted and we are happy our old bed will be taken too as we wondered how we would get rid of it.

We just went looking and ended up buying a new bed the assistant was very helpful and not pushy.She told us about the products and we were very impressed we just went to buy pillows and ended up buying a new bed so hopefully I will be getting a good nights sleep.

There wasn't any pressure on the sale and the guy was very happy and helpful I'm his manner towards us
