Dreams - Doncaster

Dave, the manager, greeted us with an offer of tea or coffee as soon as we arrived. He offered help but then let us wander about. Both he and Amanda made sure we were okay at all times. We then bombarded Dave with questions which he answered to our satisfaction. When we had narrowed our choice down to two Tempur mattresses he offered us an excellent discount. When we couldn't decide he even moved matressess around so that we could do comparison. After almost two hours we decided to go home and think about it and he agreed to hold the price until the following day. I rang to place the order the following day and spoke to Amanda who had it all sorted very quickly.

The assistant Sharon was very helpful but not pushy and was patient while we kept changing our mind. We had a nice cup of tea and noting was too much trouble for her.

Was a delight to shop here . Sharon was wonderful also Dave . Would definitely return and recommend. They went beyond what was expected. Very efficient friendly and knowledgable.

Staff very helpful no pressure put on you to buy, on all the mattress`s we looked at all the pro`s & con`s were explained in detail. All staff were very courteous and refreshments were offered, this the second time we have purchased a mattress from store very good value for money overall 10 out of 10. Would recommend to anyone.

Just a lovely pleasant experience all the staff where very courteous and Mr Stirling was excellant very helpful and knowledgeable top man . All the staff where friendly even made me a cup of tea which surprised me which was lovely first class treatment thank you just looking forward to my new bed now

I needed a double matress for my children , the assistant explained all the different types which were available and what type he thought would be suitable from a range of 3 or 4 within a decent price range I chose the one which was on offer for the weekend so I feel I got a bargain as well

I visited Dreams as I was looking for a bed for my Mother, she suffers from vertigo so the bed has to be very specialist for her needs. The lady sales assistant was very helpful after I explained what we were looking for she showed us a choice of three types of various bed all with different firmness so my Mother could try them all and see what was best. I the end we chose a bed that was very comfortable at the going rate for that type of bed, when we were finishing off with the options these were explained throughly so we could make the best choice for our needs. I found the whole shopping experience at dreams very good and worthwhile and I am pleased with the purchase.
