Dreams - Doncaster

Good range of products, lovely sales assistant Sharon at Doncaster store with good knowledge and very helpful. Also a pleasant helpful manager.

The service at the Doncaster branch was excellent, Emily the sales person who helped us was very professional and knowledgeable, also other members of staff were on hand to help. We did not feel pressured or rushed, it was the way we like to buy.

The store was well laid out, Stirling and Sharon were a great help and very friendly, didn't push sales but answered all questions and led us in the right direction. A credit to your team, Sharon made a great cuppa too.

We walked into the store and straight away a agent called Amanda came up to us and asked us if we were okay. She was very polite and her advise in terms of mattresses was spot on. Placed an order straight away and was pleased on the availability of the delivery. Left the store very pleased with our purchase.

Staff at the store were approachable and we were met by Julie who greeted us with a smile and she was not overbearing but allowed my wife and I to try a variety of mattresses, providing us with suitable pillows. Other staff were also communicative but not too forceful. A pleasing shopping experience even providing us with a nice cup of tea whilst we deliberated on a choice of mattresses. All good.

The lady who served us knew the stock very well and was very helpful and friendly while not being to over the top.

Efficient taking the order over the phone. Informed when the delivery would be made and very impressed by the delivery team.

I was very satisfied with the time spent at the Dreams, the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Julie and Amanda helped me out a lot during the time i spent crawling around searching.There are so many choices, actually too many i just felt like getting everything there.
