The sales person was friendly and helpful, providing hot drinks while we were looking around. He left us to look around alone once he had explained which mattresses were suitable for our needs. Therefore we did not feel pressured but able to call him when we required help.

All the staff were very helpful and warming, nobody was trying to follow us around the store or push us into the sale Emily was very professional and assisted the sale perfectly. She made sure my daughter was entertained throughout and assisted me and my wife into purchasing the bed and mattress we required at a great price

From the very first visit to the store, the person who served us (Sharon) was not only knowledgeable and helpful, she was very friendly and looked after us very well. We therefore purchased an item which was not very expensive but later placed an order for an expensive item. We also did a price matching and found the Dreams' price was very competitive.

I visited your Doncaster store two weeks ago had great help and support from Amanda , talked over different options as we bought our last bed from you, I was going away so asked her to call me over the next two weeks if any offers came on the mattress and frame I want , she rang me and went over the great reduction , called in today so my husband could look at great welcome went over details with him so comfortable offered a drink and good pillars very satisfied Amanda is a credit to your company
