The colleague, cant remember her name, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, she was friendly and not pushy. Really helpful and made tea for me when i arrived. I cant comment too much on the product as yet as the delivery has not arrived. I would of liked to receive my product sooner than the scheduled date as it was 3 week until a delivery slot was available.

we were helped to choose our mattress with information we received from your sales staff and were given as much time as we needed to make our choice. The staff were very professional, polite and very friendly

The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We were offered a beverage whilst completing the sale. The store was quiet, so they took the time to chat to us, which made the experience more pleasant and personal.

The product I wanted was not available at the store so i had to drive 35 miles to get it but colleagues compensated me by giving me a discount which i was happy with

The assistant (Amanda I believe) was polite but not 'in your face' and helped my mother to the most suitable options for her back issues within a reasonable price range. The whole process was dealt with utmost clarity and in an efficient manner.

Excellent service from Stirling. Went out of his way to explain the matress system colour coding. Gave us pillows to help with our testing. Wasn't pushy, didn't go for the hard sell. Offered to see what kind of a deal he could do. When was said we wanted to look in another shop he was completely fine with this and just said please pop back afterwards and he would see what he could do. Very impressed with him. A real credit to your company. Would absolutely go back for our next purchase.

A great experience testing the beds and fantastic support from the salesperson who had a wealth of knowledge. I must say they was no pressure on sales, just enjoy try out and we can discuss various options.
