Store staff very helpful, changes matresses sp we could test each one, friendly, knowledgable, absolutely no problems and came out with a bed as well

The sales assistant Emily I believe, for someone so young she was very confident and knowledgeable regarding the product,she was very pleasant throughout she is an asset. Having not yet received the bed a couple of questions were irrelevant but the store visit was made easy which for me is important.

Friendly welcoming staff. Not pushy. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had seen a mattress online that wasn't in store but lady was very helpful and we ordered one. Even got a cup of tea !

we were served by Emily and her colleague. we wanted a "Premier Inn" mattress but there was none on display. As soon as we asked, they brought one out of the back and put in on a base for us to try and helped us try lots of others before making our choice. We were not pushed into buying but when we made a decision she was very efficient taking the order and fully explained the delivery timetable and product guarantees.

Emily was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. She referred to her manager if she was unsure and he was very helpful, guiding us in the direction of other products which would suit our needs.
