We were offered a variety of services and products to help get us to a price worthy of finance. They weren't pushy and only offered the things that we needed. Ended up with a bed, cover service plan, 2 duvet sets, a fitted sheet and set of pillow cases for less than the original price of the bed (before sale)

Dreams was our second store visited,stirling the gentleman assistance came offered me advise and left me to browse and test the beds, he explained the coding for soft to firmer or firmer mattress,was indeed very helpful without being in my face, have recommended dreams to a family member that's had a upset with the firm she got her new bed from,

We were served by Sharon at your Doncaster shop. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable regarding numerous questions. She explained how easy payments was an option, to which we took up. We were also offered on 2 occassons refreshments. A credit to the Dreams team.

Emily was very helpful and efficient.

The sales person approached us and explained the different types of bed / mattresses and the colour coding. Asked if he could be of assistance, we looked at the different types and tried a few to see how comfortable they were.. The sales person checked to see if we were ok and offered us a cup of coffee, which we accepted. We left the shop to do some other shopping and returned approx 45 minutes later and had a further look. We made our mind up and placed our order with the original sales person we saw. He was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. His name was Stirling.

Julie was friendly and knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy but was on hand whenever we needed information. All the staff made us feel very welcome, they even gave my 2 year old daughter a biscuit and a balloon to keep her entertained while we sorted the paperwork for our purchase. Top marks all round!
