Friendly helpful informative staff

The staff knowledge of each product was impressive and their friendly approach was refreshing . Had been to other stores prior to Dreams a and they were day far the best .

We didn't really know what we needed when we first entered the store. Sharon, the lady who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products in store. She then left us to browse but was immediately available when we found what we think will be perfect for our needs. She was able to answer all of our questions and did not push us into a purchase. We then left the store to think about what we had seen, measure up and consider how much we would be spending! We returned to the store later the same day and Sharon was once again happy to help us and at that point we placed our order. We would definitely come back to Dreams for future purchases and will definitely recommend it to family and friends. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase and we were even offered a cup of tea.

Absolutely brilliant staff in the shop, nothing was too much trouble, really friendly, helpful and knowledgable. There was no pressure to buy anything I didn't need but Stirling understood everything I wanted! Great service!

The gentleman who served me and my family was Mr Stirling (227A011337) I felt very comfortable with Mr Stirling as he was very gentle in his approach and not at all pushy, when given a quote for the items we liked he left us with it to have a little walk around the showroom which made us feel at ease. It meant that we could discuss the quotation with no feeling of anyone sat on our shoulders. When I decided I would like to discuss further options I took a seat with Mr Stirling to talk it through. Although the computer was playing up (badly!) I did not feel that I was sat there forever nor did I feel rushed. Whilst I was completing the finance my husband and daughters were more than happy to try the beds (shoes off of course!) All in all, we are very excited for the delivery of our new bed and mattress and can quite happily say that we would definitely return for any further items and I have already spoke highly of my experience with several colleagues already!!

We were assisted by Emily, a very helpful colleague who listened to our needs and knew a lot about the products we were looking for. Fantastic interaction with our children as well as our selves.

from entering the store i was greeted well, asked what I was looking for and explained your colour coding and how it works, given time to browse on my own, then Sharon explained I could try the beds and given help with pillows, any questions I asked Sharon answered with no fuss or bother and explained in a straight forward way no fancy patter just told me what I needed to know, she was very helpful, went home and had a think, called her back next day and then went and paid deposit.
