Pleased that they did not pounce on us as soon as we walked through the door, let us look a while then asked if they could help. They were then very helpful to us and we ended up purchasing a mattress. Have previously visited Bensons for Beds and found them too pushy.

Emily was very friendly and helpful. She listened carefully to what we needed and offered us several divan bases that would suit our needs. When it came to choosing a mattress she helped me find one which took my disabilities into account and provided me with a comfortable pillow so I could try the ones suggested. She offered us a drink of tea or coffee to us whilst she looked up prices on the computer. The store was clean, tidy and welcoming and I would happily go back again. Although we were looking for a storage divan I got chance to look at a variety of other styles which I really fancied.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS REALLY GREAT, SHOWED US THE PRODUCT, LEFT US TO DISCUSS WHAT WE THOUGHT, CAME BACK TO US GAVE US INFORMATION RE PRODUCT, GAVE US ALL INFORMATION RE MAKING OF PRODUCT/TIME IT WOULD TAKE FOR ORDER, OVER-ALL GOOD EXPERIANCE.

we were just looking for a cheap single bed for my young grandson who stays over very occasionally. we found what we needed at a price we were more than happy with.

We came to look for a new bed. My husband and I were very satisfied with the customer service we received. All the staff were really helpful, they knew the products and even got our two young children a drink and biscuits to help keep them entertained. Lovely staff. Made bed shopping with the family a pleasure.
