Customer service was excellent

The store manager went that extra mile to ensure we got the rite products to suit out needs ,and he provided us with hot drinks and a comfortable place to sit and when we had decided on the items we wanted one of the assistance did all the paper work for us and explained it all to us and I can say that at the end of 2 hours we we completely and totally satisfied with the service that Dreams gave us.

I thought that Stirling was very helpful and efficient. He was able to sort us out a bed and headboard which met our needs. Great service.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs then recommended the 3 products which he thought were closest to our needs. We then took a lot of time trying out the products. The assistant was very patient and was very helpful.
