Did not feel pushed or rushed into any decisions. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and happy to share their fruit pastilles. The only down side is the 2 week delivery time for a standard product.

The knowledge of the product and the suitability for our needs was the most important thing during our visit . We knew what we wanted so good to match that .

We went I to price up and the. We were going to go compare with be sons for beds. However the guy who approached us, offered us assistance in the 1st instance and then left us to which us is exactly what we wanted. Once we started looking at the products we knew not to go elsewhere!

The assistant I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, reassuring and quick in completing the transaction. She observed the security of my debit card details by explaining that she would not read the number etc back to me as she was in a store. We had a laugh and I felt very happy with the whole experience.
