Emily from the Doncaster store gave brilliant customer service and her product knowledge was excellent

The customer service lady was very friendly and she helped me pick out an alternative mattress with the same qualities as the one I originally wanted (it was out of stock). I am very pleased with the alternative. The Manhattan bonded leather bed looks very sturdy and worth every penny.

I went onto to Dreams website to view the products available and the prices as due to a brain AVM I no longer drive. As I am unable to go to the shop in person I phoned your telesales sales number and the lady I spoke with was very helpful and gave me advice on the different sizes and styles to suit my needs. This was outstanding service and I was very impressed with the Dreams experience. Thank you.

Delivery time on a third party children's bed is over 5 weeks will no collection option to speed things up.

Dave and stirling where excellent and gave much needed advice and help. They answered all my questions with ease.

The stag at the Doncaster store (Dave and Stirling) made my shopping experience very satisfying and fun which is what people need when they are aboit to spend a lot of money. Nothing was too much trouble.

The assistant I spoke too was very friendly and appeared knowledgeable and efficent. I have neurological problems and am housebound and can have difficulty at times talking clearly on the phone. The sales lady reassured me that was no problem and to just take my time. She was very helpful and understanding.

Easy process, friendly but not intrusive service.

Knowledge of assistant was good as was the courtesy and care to my 90 yr old father who was buying the mattress. The staff even made us a coffee which my father saw as the old fashioned way of "doing business"
