We visited Dreams with the need to purchase a new mattress, and were assisted during our visit by Sales Assistant named Stirling. Stirling was exceptional. He explained the different types of mattress to us, allowed us free time without being hassled to test and trial the different ranges, he kept us well looked after and made the entire experience easy, smooth and enjoyable. At the point we finally decided on which mattress we wanted, Stirling was very helpful and efficient in talking us through the financing options. We ended up walking out having purchased a mattress and new bed (which we didn't need) but are so happy to have bought.

all the staff in the store were extremely friendly and very helpful,as well as the expert advice given on the products my husband and i were given a drink which made the shopping experience much less stressful and more personable. we will have no hesitation recommending dreams to our friends and family
