The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

I value customer service especially as I am disabled, I was taken care of throughout my visit to the Doncaster York Road store. Nothing was to much trouble for Emily she gave me as much time as I needed to try different beds out giving me support with the correct pillow to make me feel comfortable. She was very helpful and knowledgeable when we asked her anything about the beds. We both were offered a cup of tea/coffee by Emily and the gentleman (sorry cant remember his name but his service and friendliness was first class) that also worked in store and while my partner was seeing to the paperwork with Emily I took them up on the offer . It was a quick easy shopping trip and the staff that were working all gave excellent customer service. I also got help to the car with the pillows and mattress protectors I purchased. A more than highly satisfied customer.

At no time did we feel rushed into making a choice. The differing constructions were clearly explained to aid our choice. The Drweams colleague who served us was friendly and understanding regarding our requirements.

Sharon was very helpful understanding are nèeds . She explained the difference in the types of matresses we were looking at. Gave us plenty of time to test out the options and helped us find the rigth one for us

I liked the time it took for a member of staff to greet me and ask if I needed any help. The offer of refreshment was welcome albeit I'd brought a coffee from my previous trip to the town centre. All my questions were answered in a straight forward manor which I found very helpful as I was under no disillusion when making my purchase.

Fantastic customer service- very personal and friendly, and great value for money.
