Dave and Julie at the Doncaster branch offered excellent advice and guidance throughout, without being too pushy. They asked on numerous occasions if we wanted a drink which was very refreshing. Even though we were only shopping for a new mattress they made our experience relaxing and productive, to the point my daughter was so chilled she nodded off on one of the beds. If only all shopping could be that easy. Thank you again Mr Newey.

Very friendly staff and did he best to get the bed we wanted as quickly as possible on delivery.

Ordered by phone having first looked in your website, lady I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery slot was convenient too.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Helped with the different types of mattress, supplied with pillows to test the mattress. We were offered a drink and were extremely polite to the children as well as my husband and myself. When we went back in the next day the sales assistant (Emily) recognised us and went over everything that the sales assistant (Julie) had offered us the day before.

Was kindly greeted, no pushy sales. Staff friendly and very helpful. Nothing too much trouble

We were greeted with friendly smiles asked straight away if we would like a drink and were assisted as much or as little as we wanted. It made us feel at ease

Amanda the lady that served us was very helpful and patent with us nothing rushed it was a pleasure an the manager was helpful too

We felt the worker was attentive to need, but not pushy. Wide range of mattresses available to try.
