Sales assistant was absolutely fantastic - great knowledge of available products, prices and finance plans. She wasn’t too pushy like some sales people can be, and she answered my multiple questions! Her name was Amanda - fantastic customer service from her!

Julie was very friendly and not pushy before we made the purchase, and once we decided to buy she was knowledgeable and efficient. Stirling and another lady, her colleagues, were also chatty and between them made us feel welcomed in the store.

the lady who helped me was very good, she listened to what i wanted asked me what money i had to spend, i tried several mattresses and she listened to my needs after telling Sharon what i wanted and she got me the perfect bed and mattress a little more than i wanted to pay but the mattress will be perfect for my needs, i am more than happy and have already told friends about dreams

Friendly staff willing to help

from first going into the store to leaving the sales rep Stirling was very efficient asking if we had a certain type of bed or mattress in mind when we said we didn't he then went through all the types of different mattresses and explained we could mix and match the beds and head boards we were left to browse at our leisure with no pressure to buy. once we had made our mind up Stirling was quick and efficient at putting our order through and getting us the right date for delivery.
