The staff in store were very helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble, all questions about your products I was interested in buying were answered, The manager him self asked if myself and my family would like a hot drink while we chatted about my purchase of a bed for my daughter's new bedroom, delivery was free at a date that suited me, very satisfied customer, ...Thank you.

I am seriously physically disabled (confined to a wheelchair, with the use of only one hand;) this makes me very slow to physically manipulate phone debit card and pen all at the same time. The customer services operator, Amanda, was a truly excellent assistant. She guided me to a successful purchase with immense patience and support; ensuring that at every stage she was meeting my needs. The service I received from Stirling and his colleague, sorry didn’t get your name , was absolutely unbelievable. I was in a rush with my hectic lifestyle at the moment and rushed to the Dreams store in Doncaster. Got there at 19.50. Your store shuts at 20.00 . I told Stirling my needs and said I was sorry it was late and needed a bed urgent . He was so kind and helpful and said , don’t worry I’m in no rush , let’s sort you out . He showed me all options for beds prices etc and you could just tell he was happy to stay late on a Monday night to help someone out ! Monday past 8 ! That mans an amazing person ! Can’t thank him enough and thank you Dreams for being an amazing company who employ amazing staff . I will always tell my friends and family to come to you . In a world of company’s who’ve lost the plot please don’t lose yours . If you stay on track your staff will never leave and your customers will never stray ! Trust me .
