Dreams - Doncaster

Both members of staff were courteous and knowledgeable. We were asked if we needed any help and chose to look around initially but very soon asked for assistance. We tried several beds and, with the help and advice of the staff members, were able to make our purchase easily and efficiently. We were even offered a hot drink by Julie. At no time did we feel harassed or pressured to make a quick choice (or, indeed, to make any purchase at all). This is exactly the service which will encourage us to return in the future.

Excellent sales woman

The salesman was extremely helpful without pressurising my husband and myself. He allowed us to try various beds and make our own choice. He then gave us additional help/guidance in order for us to finalise our decision, as we were torn between 3 tempur beds. Overall an enjoyable experience.

The staff extremely pleasant and patient - I only hope I don't encounter the same problem as I did last year when I was delivered the wrong mattress and the customer service were far from accommodating infact they cancelled the lovely service I had received from the store. I reluctantly went back to this store because of the convenience , staff lovely .......... customer service re delivery yet to find out..

Stirling was a very friendly and had the knowledge of the products he was selling witch made the time spent in store stress free! We were greeted at the door by him and the rest of the staff where very friendly as well

Returned to buy the same ottoman bed base for another room

W e were appraoched upon entering the store. We were unsure what we wanted in terms of a mattress. She was amazing at explaining all the different types of style and gave us plenty of time to browse

Sharon and the store manager were excellent. Their product knowledge was fantastic. We both felt extremely valued as a customer and would recommend going to see them both to anyone that needs a new bed. We got exactly what we wanted and even when my partner changed his mind half way through the order there was no problems at all. Thank you Sharon :-)
