As soon as we walked in was warmly greeted by a lady called AMANDA PARKER was offerd a drink. Then showed us round was very polite and helpfull nothing was any trouble tried many mattreses till finaly found one she recomended plus pillows did the paper work an time deliv. No probs. Quick and efficient

Lovely friendly staff member Sharon. Was fantastic with my 3 year old son made sure he was entrained while we were selecting what we wanted. Made us all a drink, and even shared her biscuits with him.

Emily who served us explained everything we wanted to know she did a great job a very pleasant sales assistant

I was especially impressed with the staff within the store and they helped me a great deal when I was trying to pick a suitable product for my daughter.

Very friendly staff. Sharon who looked after us was great very helpful, suggesting different beds explaining the differing mattereses. Would recommend to anyone looking for beds. Nice to have staff who will take the time to make sure you get what you want.

The style of bed we were looking for was displayed right in front of the entrance. Within seconds a member of staff (Stirling - Doncaster store) approached us. He left us alone when we asked and then appeared again when we needed it. Due to Black Friday sales we saved £640 on our bed which was an added bonus. Very highly satisfied with Stirling's knowledge and was a good salesman but not too pushy.
