Very helpful staff, item found which was not on main display, quick check out.

Great service spoke to us when he could see we needed help and left us to discuss and try out mattresses when we needed too. We were not pressured in to buying anything more than we had intended too.We were offered and made a drink too. The order was put through quickly and we were able to choose from a range of dates for delivery too.

Stirling was very friendly and helpful.

Staff were brilliant, all were welcoming and friendly. We were offered a drink while we browsed and decided. Sharon was particularly helpful. We were offered pillows to our preference to try different beds, answered all our questions and gave us time to think about our decisions. Not pushy at all and we would recommend the service at the Doncaster store.

We were made to feel welcome, offered a drink and put under no pressure by the staff who made the visit a very good one. Staff were clearly knowledgable and seemed to be working well as a team. The range of products on display was excellent.

I already knew what I wanted and got additional discount as it was boxing day. Staff didn't pounce as soon as we walked through door (I hate it when this happens), the girl who served me was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. Service was fast
