The store was clean the staff were very helpful as we were buying for our parents who were not there to buy they measured and answered any questions we had so we could pass the information on to our parents. The experience was a pleasure to be had.

The salesman in store was fantastic. He spent lots of time with us recommending different mattresses and trying these out. He was very experienced with his product knowledge and was very helpful whilst we tried out numerous products- mattresses and pillows. The ordering process was quick and efficient. The mattress was delivered well within the two hour time slot and the delivery staff were excellent. Covered shoes when they entered the house and looked to see where the mattress was going before they brought it in. All aspects throughout have been excellent. Would highly recommend to others.
