All staf in store were friendly and helpfull, very easy to talk to and had a good knowledge of the products available and time scales of delivery

I was given a lot of assistance and great advice from Sharon the lady who served me. She was very knowledgeable about her products and very professional in her manner. Whilst payment was taken I was offered coffee. I would defiantly recommend Dreams to my friends/colleagues and would recommend that they asked for Sharn, she really knew what she was doing. Brilliant sales assistant!

The staff made it a brilliant experience. They made us a cup of tea and made us feel very welcome. Sharon was very knowledgable and knew everything we needed to know about picking the correct mattress so we could have a great nights sleep. My daughter was also thrilled with the experience as the staff kept her entertained with colouring, making her laugh and she loved her pictures been placed on the wall for others to see.. overall a brilliant experience and a wonderful customer service team
