I had done some research on-line and written notes in my diary. We walked round the store first just to get an overall view. Stirling approached us to ask if we needed any help, and I said we would give him a shout later. We did this, and I told him what I was looking for. I informed him about my notes in my diary, and apologised for forgetting my glasses, which meant I couldn't refer to them. He very kindly offered me the choice of borrowing his glasses, or looking at what I had written. Armed with my diary notes, Stirling got me a nice pillow and I tried out some mattresses, and chose the one I liked best. I had spotted a bed I liked, and Stirling gave me all the information needed to make my choice. Stirling was very efficient and helpful when it came to completing the paperwork, telling us about special offers on accessories and extras. He was so good that my fiancé ordered a bed and mattress as well! Stirling made our quest for new beds an easy and pleasureable experience.

From start to finish ,the whole process was so easy. Amanda the lady who looked after us was a great help. She took the time to listen to our requirements and pointed out all the products that may have suited us. She also knew when to leave us alone so we could choose in peace. We hate to be pounced on when entering stores or have people hover while we decide There wsa none of that. A Good Store with a good team.

From the initial phone call to the store visit my experience was one of total professionalism with both the sales advisor and the store manager. Fabulous atmosphere in the store and talking to the associate and manager felt like we had known them for years. It was so laid back but polished at the same time with regards to the process. Product knowledge was A1 and upon placing the order for two tv beds and 3 mattresses with all the cover included it was all quickly processed and every inch of the order details presented to us to reassure us everything we wanted was there. I have been in the motor trade for many years so I gauge people on how I would treat a customer and I have to say all the boxes were ticked. I can also say I visited a competitor store and it was like night and day in comparison. Obviously I can’t comment on anything other than my initial store visit experience so I do hope the aftersales is just as polished and organised.

The lady who helped me choose my bed was extremely helpful and pleasant. The choice i had was excellent and the price was very good.

Assistant started at lower range and worked up. Each bed was tried until I found the most comfortable. Assistant explained spine alignment etc and was extremely knowledgeable. She was very patient and nothing was too much trouble for her. An excellent shopping experience!.

Friendly staff. They offer you a drink while you are browsing. They explain the different mattresses.
