Dreams - Doncaster

Pleasant shopping experience. All the staff were friendly. I am having my purchase delivered next week and my old bed removed, so hopefully that will be as good an experience as when purchasing it.

We went 5o the Doncaster store. Amanda immediately came over to offer her assistance. She went out of her way to help us, making suggestions of what would suit our needs.

Stirling was a great member of staff very patient and put me at ease, his k owlege was perfect to assist the needs i required. Was happy to purchase more than i originally went in for.

He spent alot of time with me and knowlege as i have severe back problems, i felt comfortable to take his knowlege on board.. i only came for a mattress but happile walked out with much more.

The person who helped us was knowledgeable and found us what we wanted. It would have been difficult to find our requirements without her help. The products met our requirements and the discounts did make the purchases good value

The lady who assisted me was called sharon she was very kind and helpful and we discussed personal problems as im waiting for a hip replacement and needed a new bed she wasn't pushy and didn't try hard sell on expensive beds she was patient and we was offered refreshment thought out are visit witch we enjoyed to are satisfaction thankyou sharon at doncaster dreams

A while since we bought a bed. So many to choose from that the assistance was very much needed and appreciated.Stirling was most helpful and knowledgeable.

T.he choice and assistance were great.Delivery time was good and the pleasant young men that made the delivery were exceptional.I did ring head office to congratulate everyone involved so many thanks once again.

Having visited the store a couple of times before, we knew how pleasant todays visit was going to be? - we did'nt feel rushed, we were told about the different matress's available, and tried them by laying on them, we were also offered and given a cup of coffee, overall a very pleasant experience, i just hope we are as happy with the mattress, when it arrives?
