Dreams - Doncaster

Greeted warmly by Amanda at the Doncaster store. Was offered a hot drink whilst we looked around. Was provided with advice and support and offered choices that bed suited our needs and budget too. Good experience all round.

Great service. Stirling was really helpful but not too pushy. Really felt we got the best option for us.

The sales person was quick to welcome me into the store. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to me and directed me to appropriate products.

Amanda at the Doncaster store could not have been more helpful. She listened to our requirements and gave us valuable advice. She was very friendly and welcoming. But not to the point of being pushy.... The Chesters.

I placed my order over the phone and the assistant was very helpful and very efficient. I had the code number of mattress I wished to order so this made it easy to place the order. I had tried to place order on line but gave up as I was experiencing some problems. But Emily made the order for me very quickly.

The instore assistant (Amanda) was more than helpful. Understanding our needs and explaining our options, be it by product or financial. We were put at ease, offered a drink and didn't feel pressured in anyway shape or form . So much so that we are returning next week to possibly make another purchase. All in all a pleasurable satifying experience.
