The assistant was very helpful but wasn't too pushy. He was happy to demonstrate the beds functions and then left me and my wife in peace to have a go ouurselves and decide between us if it was the right one.

On entering the store my husband and i were impressed with the range of beds& mattresseson display. Amember of staff asked if we needed any assistance. Assuring her that we would like to browse for a while, we were left to do just that. When later we asked for assistance the lady and a male member of staff were very helpful in helping us to find exactly the right mattress for our needs.

We was greeted and welcomed into the store. Our advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional and polite. The product I wanted was available for delivery at a suitable date.

Very helpful and friendly advice received from the sales lady without her useing any any hard selling techniques this allowed us to make an informed decision based on our needs and budget. We visited several other competitor stores where the price of the beds and mattresses were less but we returned to dreams as we felt the quality and choice available were better value for money yet we still remained in budget.
