We arrived in the store and was greeted with a cheerfull hello, the young assistant Emily was very knowledgable about all the product we asked about. We asked about clearence products and she found us mattress in the clearence pile that we liked on the shop floor at a great price. Emily fully explained the reasons that mattresses were available in Clearence and opoened the wrapping and gave us the opportunity to see the mattresses and pointed out small issues so we were well aware of the product which we were buying. We also got some free goodies... Pillow and duvet and the offer for a cuppa, she also ensured we tried the mattress with the type of e if pillows we sleep on. Fab shop quick and cheerfull

The experience at Dreams was as standard as is all bed shopping, but it was the assistance from Sharon that made it highly satisfying. She was incredible friendly and knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy for a sale and let us make our own decision; something that is rare in sales these days.

Staff were very helpful and very nice people. They went out of there way to help over and above expectations. Delighted with the product I chose and service provided.

Amanda the sales assistant was lovely, very patient and nothing was too much trouble. She showed us a range of suitable mattresses and encouraged us to take our time choosing the right product. Excellent.

I bought bunk bed for my two son 6 years ago still using the same beds and the mattress I wasn’t sure first time but now very sure and highly recommend to my family and friends and 2 years ago I bought double bed for ourselves as well still same one and very good condition we bought a new home and we want to buy new things for the new house that’s why we bought it from dreams because we know that we will never regret thank you very much that lovely man in store in Doncaster York street branch he was very helpful(sorry forgot his name because I got fish memory)

Pleased to be left alone to look. We were given options when we asked. Amanda sorted out the order so it met our requirements and was within our budget.

The staff were very friendly and experts in their field. They couldn't help us enough. We especially liked the way they gave us the information we required and then left us to try the suggested mattress and discuss our thoughts. Very impressed and would definitely buy from them again.

Good selection of beds and different ratings (soft, medium, firm etc) Good prices and 0% finance offers very good for quality of beds available!

Stirling was bery knowledgeable. Bit shocked at prices but had been a while since we had a nrw mattress. Wanted delivery on a Monday and that was no problem.
