We were greeted by Stirling as we entered the store and I asked him if there was a comfort station as we weren't sure which firmness was best for us. From that moment on we had his undivided attention and he went through lots of options. My wife and I tried several options before picking one, we also tried different pillows and bought some of them as well. He explained everything in simple terms and we felt that it was also important to him that we made the right choice.

Extremely helpful staff and a wide choice of mattress and beds.

The staff where very helpful and let's us browse while guiding us according to our budget, saying that they also demoed a high spec matteress just in case we ever wanted to upgrade :) got offered a drink too ! Your staff could teach B&Q staff a thing or too in customer service!

We went in looking for a specific item it wasn’t available so they took our number and told us they would phone us as soon as they had them in, true to their word they did having sourced the correct item we were looking for at a fantastic price. Both manager and assistant manager were equally as good as each other and made it very easy to decide. A very good experience and our soon is extremely happy with our purchase.

Amanda was very attentive and had very good product knowledge. The whole process from walking through the door to walking out having bought a bed was very smooth and easy.

We bought our last bed from this store, with the same salesman! A very pleasant experience! We will definitely use this store again.

Very easy to order nice lady at the end of the phone which always helps

Julie greeted us when we arrived and was most helpful, gave us a pillow to try out most of the beds, even made my husband a coffee. I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful the lady was as I got my last mattress locally and didn’t have the customer service when buying my last mattress.

The Assistant could not have been more helpful. we were delighted with the products on display and eventually decided on the items we wanted. Very friendly staff who kindly provided us with Coffee which was very acceptable. We were highly satisfied with all the service we were given and the value and excellent products we purchased. No hesitation in realising it was the best bedroom furniture we had looked at and highly satisfied with all of it.
