Staff were very friendly, yet did not put us under pressure to buy. We were left to browse without being pestered the minute we walked through the door.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase,after explaining all my needs the member of staff showed me all the relevant products and i was able to make the right choice it also helps that if my choice is the wrong one i have the peace of mind knowing that i will be able to change my purchase within 40 days.

staff seemed knowledgeable about the products in the store. was given help to understand different options regarding storage. also, the weight of product regarding ease of movement if necessary

The assistant ( Sharon ) was very knowledgeable and friendly and she kept giving us time on our own to make our minds up but she was always there and ready to answer our questions but not pushy. Our mattress shopping experience was a dream.

The choice of different arrangements which were all displayed in a cut away item to help you understand everything. The friendliness and helpfulness of Striling who gave us his undivided attention and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable.
