Very friendly staff member Stirling assisted us, was very knowledgeable and gave us a good deal. There was no hard sell and he gave us time to deliberate in private. Very efficient service and the children running around was no problem

We didn’t have much time when we visited and the chap in the store gave us the information we needed to help us decide what we wanted and the whole experience was very positive. Unfortunately we didn’t have time for a tea or coffee.

Sharon at the Doncaster store was very helpful when looking to buy a new bed, mattress and headboard. She showed us around the many option that fit our specifications and allowed us plenty of time and opportunities to try out the different mattresses. Overall her help allowed us to find the items we wanted and I will be coming back to dreams when needing new beds or mattresses!

We were approached very quickly no hard sell listened to what we wanted gave us lots of choices in our price range. Helped explain the product details and difference and even offered us a cup of tea while we did the paperwork all in all an excellent service without being too pushy

The assistant Amanda struck the perfect balance between not being pushy therefore leaving us to make our own decision whilst being available for advice to ensure the decision we reached was informed. She was warm, friendly and engaging which meant we trusted her advice. So much so in fact that when she demonstrated addition items (ie thermo pillows) we purchased them too even though we had not intended to. She allowed us to take our time when comparing products always indicating the exact total cost for price comparison. She was clear and methodical in her explanation of the process and we came away very satisfied.

Stirling at the Doncaster store was very friendly and helped us in choosing the products we needed based on the information we gave. He was very efficient and had a wide range of knowledge of the products available.

Wanted a new bed for teenage son, went into store, found a bed he liked, had help picking a mattress. Bed bought without any hassle.
