Friendly staff very helpful

The ladies in the store were very friendly, Julie could not do enough for me she made me feel welcome and helped me with everything I asked for. I can't get over how well informed I've been throughout. Right down to the boys who have delivered my mattress they were very polite and quick. Well done dreams team excellent service all round, would definitely recommend and use dreams again 10 //10

The assistant (Amanda) at the Doncaster store is very knowledgeable, she knows which sort of bed suits you, shes very polite, caring & helpful. Amanda is the reason we went back to Dreams for our 4th purchase even though we were refused an insurance claim on a bed that isn't 3 years old yet when we have an 8 year policy.

Great service wasn't rushed into picking a mattress, I was given plenty time to try out plenty of products.

THe sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the product and my specific needs as a cancer patient who required specific needs due to back and sternum fractures, i had no pressure to buy and felt comfortable discussing my specific problems, she suggested various products and associated pillows from firm to soft to ensure i had covered all possible variations. I cannot thank her enough for the time she spent.

Greeted straight away, offered a drink, no sales pressure, let us leave and think about it with no hassle.

We were highly satisfied with the customer care we got from sales advisor Amanda who was very helpful explaining the different types of mattresses you had in the store. There was no pushy sales tactics, We were just left to look round the store at our leisure even offered refreshments which we thought was kind gesture. We would definitely recommend Dteams to family and friends.
