THE staff were very friendly. And we were given a cup of tea and coffee. Julie she was helpful .helping my partner and l. To choose a bed . She was very knowledgeable about the bed we chose. And would recommend dreams to our families and friends.

I told the lady what I was looking for and my price range and she showed me what was available and did not try to move me to a higher price the one I chose was slightly under what I had budgeted so even better she truly met my needs and put customer first

I was finding buying a bed stressful so much choice but on going to Dreams Doncaster that all changed a lovely lady Sharon firstly offered us a drink my hubby had a cuppa to ease his football hangover and was very happy Sharon explained everything asked me and my husband questions to assertain which mattress would be best for us, we were made comfortable and didn’t feel daft trying the beds, my confusion cleared and I felt really confident we had made the right choice. The order process went smoothly, interest free credit sorted. Even the grand kids got a biscuit all in all a fab experiences
