Dreams - Doncaster

We were greeted professionally and quickly on arrival to the store. We were given as much time as we wanted to try out the beds and there was no pressure and sales staff kept at a distance but we could ask as many questions as we wanted when needed. Once we were in the shop for a while we were offered a drink so we could continue to try different options. When we have made a choice we discussed the options fully and any additional items we might want were relevant and fully explained. All the staff in store were happy, friendly and approachable. I was very impressed with the store, the options available and the staff who welcomed us.

Emily was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Really helpful staff and explained everything clearly, she wrote down on a card her name which I'm certain was Amanda, who explained everything clearly and efficiently to us. Her colleague on the day I believe was called Emily who again was very polite and helpful!

Nothing too much trouble for sales lady, took time showing us various options gave us a cuppa no complaints at all.

We were assisted straight away and found the bed we liked online straight away by a friendly assistant called Sharon. We bought a clearance mattress aswell which had a scuff so we were offered a free mattress protector which was a great resolve.

All staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome, they clearly knew about their ranges and we were very satisfied with the overall service and products.

We were not hounded and had the opportunity to look at the products in peace, also our son was with us and made to feel welcome. Excellent staff and a credit to the store. More importantly we came away with our mattress and will definitely come back! Refreshments were offered, all members of the team were polite and friendly and their knowledge of the products was to a high standard.

The staff were very helpful without being pushy. We never win anything but weve got our fingers crossed.They also let us have a very nice pillow as my back is sore hence us needing a new bed. Cant wait for the bed to be delivered have been counting the sleeps off till our bed gets delivered.
